Senior Machine Learning Engineer - Abu Dhabi (on-site)

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and maintaining advanced machine learning solutions. Your expertise will contribute to developing scalable, high-quality ML systems that support critical business objectives in the healthcare domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, train, and deploy machine learning models across various stages of the ML lifecycle
• Establish and enforce best practices in coding, model design, and documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, DevOps, and UI developers, to integrate ML models into production systems seamlessly
• Ensure scalability, reproducibility, and robustness in model performance
• Propose and implement architectural solutions aligned with organizational requirements
• Develop and maintain automated pipelines for data preprocessing, model training, and deployment
• Set up monitoring systems to track model performance and ensure system stability
• Work with Product Managers to understand business goals and translate them into actionable technical tasks
• Effectively communicate analytical insights and results to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in machine learning, with hands-on model development expertise
• Strong Python programming skills and proficiency in ML libraries such as PyTorch and Hugging Face Transformers
• Practical knowledge of Git, MLflow (or similar), and CI/CD workflows for ML
• Advanced SQL skills and experience building/managing data pipelines with tools like Apache Airflow
• Familiarity with Kubernetes for deploying and managing ML services
• Experience with AWS and their ML services (GCP or Azure experience will suffice)
• Strong understanding of MLOps principles and practices
• Experience with LLMs and GenAI is preferable
• Experience in the MedTech of Healthcare space is beneficial
