AI & ML Solution Architect

Your Role:

As the Architecture Owner for Data Science, you will play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of AI and Machine Learning solutions across multiple domains. Working closely with a team of data scientists, ML Ops engineers, and AI architects, you will help design, prototype, and operationalise machine learning applications that enhance core banking functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Solution/AI Architect team and Data Science experts to design, develop, and implement AI and Machine Learning solutions.
• Take ownership of the machine learning architecture, including infrastructure, applications, and data pipelines.
• Lead projects from inception through to implementation, working within a cross-functional team to create innovative technical solutions.
• Create and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation, ensuring that AI & ML specifications are adhered to across the organisation.
• Promote best practices, encourage innovation, and share technical knowledge with colleagues.

Your Profile:

• A degree or relevant education in Computer Science or related fields, with further training in specialised areas.
• Several years of hands-on experience in machine learning and designing scalable, efficient solutions for both on-premise and cloud environments.
• Strong technical expertise in Python, Kubernetes, Airflow, MLflow, dbt, and Spark (or similar technologies).
• Excellent communication and moderation skills, able to translate technical requirements to diverse audiences.
• Proficient in both German and English.
